The address is already unique.
Located in the heart of the Carré d’Or area, at 26 avenue de la Costa, the future residence of highend luxury properties has the benefit of a prime location. According to the assessment of Eric and Didier Segond, property managers of Groupe Segond, “we could not have done better”. Although they do not wish to trivialise the project through the over use of superlatives, 26 Carré Or is expected to be a major private development whose services and finish have been studied with the greatest care.
The project, carried out by Vinci Construction Monaco with the collaboration of the Monegasque architect Alexandre Giraldi, envisages space dedicated to businesses and “family office” style administration quarters from the ground floor to the 3rd floor then nine exceptional apartments distributed on the 4th to the 19th floors as follows: four fiveroom apartments enjoying 400sqm on a unique stage, four 820sqm duplexes (one of which is for sale on the 10th and 11th floors and canbe divided into two apartments according to individual requirements) and finally the 1 650sqm penthouse on the top four floors with privateswimming pool on the panoramic roof deck.
Apart from the duplex, the whole residence will be offered for rent. The real estate operationalso includes nine basement levels, six of which will offer 60 parking spaces, one a technical level and lastly a double height level entirely
dedicated to well-being.
Here is the 26 Carré Or, our Absolute Residency waiting to be yours.
Reserved exclusively for residents, the spa area will contain a 15 meter long swimming pool with integrated Jacuzzi, Hammam, sauna, fully equipped fitness room with Technogym machines, and dedicated changing rooms for each apartment as well as a relaxation lounge.
Architecture and style
In such a prestigious Monte Carlo neighbourhood, the architecture of 26 Carré Or adjoining the Casino gardens, standing alongside the Hôtel de Paris as well as the future One Monte-Carlo and overlooking the Casino, had to be magnificent. “For this project, we wanted a pure style, a timeless residence blending transparency and modernity”, explains Eric Segond. Views have been prioritised, open space set free with sliding full height windows gliding open on minimalist moulded runners in order to maximise natural light. The curved glass terrace railings at the Corian balconies extremities richly evoke the graceful lines of a boat, letting the mind drift into thoughts of travel.
The interior décor, entrusted to the Monegasque Humbert & Poyet cabinet, will benefit from the same rigorous treatment. Noble materials such as marble, wood, glass and brass have been earmarked for all the rooms. Fixtures from prestigious brands, freestanding bathtubs and built in marble fittings, together with the inclusion of mirror TV’s bear testimony to the technology and care devoted to the bathrooms With the end of the levelling stage foreseen for mid-2017, essentially the phase most affecting adjacent residents, followed by completion of structural work a year later, final delivery should be assured for the second quarter of 2019
